Buyer protection
Clear configuration checks, delivery evidence and a documented process when something goes wrong.
Before production or dispatch
Review the product page, selected options and order summary. For a made-to-order model, we may contact you to confirm configuration details. For warehouse stock, the fixed configuration on the listing is the configuration supplied.
When the order arrives
- Photograph visible carton damage before opening.
- Check the model, head, material and included accessories against the order.
- Test electronic or movement functions only as instructed.
- Keep the packaging until the inspection is complete.
If there is a problem
Contact support with the order number, clear photographs and a short description. A video may be useful for movement, sound or powered functions. We will review the evidence, ask focused questions where needed and explain the available remedy.
What is not confirmed by a photograph
A photograph may show styling, accessories or optional features that are not included in every configuration. The written product specification and selected options control the order. Ask before payment if an included item is unclear.
Legal consumer guarantees
This process operates alongside applicable consumer rights. It does not remove any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
