Payment methods

Pay securely in Australian dollars through PayPal, with eligible card, wallet and Pay in 4 choices decided by PayPal.

PayPal

Pay with PayPal

PayPal is the payment service used at checkout. The PayPal window may offer payment from a PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card, credit card or another eligible wallet choice. The choices shown depend on PayPal, the buyer, the device and the transaction.

Prices and checkout totals are in AU$

Product prices, option charges and the order total are shown in Australian dollars. Check the model, selected options, quantity and final AU$ amount before continuing to PayPal. A bank or card issuer may apply its own fee when the funding account is not in AUD.

PayPal Pay in 4

PayPal may show Pay in 4 for eligible Australian customers and eligible purchases under AU$2,000. Approval, the instalment schedule and whether the option appears are controlled by PayPal. Sex Doll Australia cannot promise approval or display the option for every product, customer or order.

Read the current Pay in 4 information on PayPal Australia before accepting a credit arrangement.

PayPal Buyer Protection

An eligible PayPal purchase may be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s current requirements and exclusions. Custom-made items can be treated differently under PayPal’s rules, so do not assume every made-to-order configuration is eligible.

Check PayPal Australia Buyer Protection. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are separate and are not replaced by PayPal’s process.

How payment works

  1. Review the model, configuration and AU$ total in the cart.
  2. Enter accurate billing and delivery details.
  3. Select PayPal and continue to its secure payment window.
  4. Use only the funding choices PayPal presents to you.
  5. Return to the store and wait for the order confirmation page and email.

If payment fails, pauses or remains pending

Do not submit repeated payments immediately. Check whether an order was created, then review the transaction status inside PayPal. A pending authorisation is not the same as a confirmed order.

  • Check the billing name, address and available balance.
  • Complete any authentication requested by PayPal or your bank.
  • Ask PayPal or the funding bank about a decline or pending authorisation.
  • Send support the order number, approximate time, AU$ amount and a redacted error message.

Keep payment information private

Sex Doll Australia support will not ask for your PayPal password, complete card number, CVV or one-time security code. Do not send those details by email or chat. PayPal processes sensitive payment credentials within its own checkout.
