Check the dispatch location on the product page

Australian-stock products are fixed configurations held for local dispatch. Made-to-order products are produced after the selected configuration is confirmed. A product photo or model name does not change its stated dispatch location.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time and delivery time are separate. The product page or order confirmation states the available estimate for the selected model. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed appointments, because carrier routing, remote-area service and border processing can change.

• Use a complete street address and an email address you monitor.
• Check stairs, doorways and access before ordering a heavy model.
• Contact support before payment if the destination is remote or difficult to service.
• Do not request delivery to a parcel locker unless support confirms the carrier can accept it.

Discreet packaging and tracking

Orders are prepared in plain outer packaging without explicit product images. Tracking is sent when the carrier record becomes available. Some tracking pages take time to show the first scan after a label is created.

Address changes, delays and missed delivery

Send address corrections as soon as possible. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch, and carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on where permitted. If tracking stops updating, contact support with the order number and tracking number so the carrier can be asked to investigate.

Import and destination requirements

The customer is responsible for confirming that the selected product can be lawfully received and possessed at the destination. For a made-to-order model dispatched from outside Australia, taxes, duties or import procedures may apply. Contact support before ordering if the destination or configuration needs confirmation.
